I swear, after love, everything else in life is icing on the cake!
Ya, ya… even money!
And I am not talking about love from friends and family. I’m talking about that deep love of self.
When we say, IN FRONT OF OTHERS, “I love myself.”
That love feeds our Soul and all Souls on the planet. We can share from overflow! We radiate loving.
I work with a coach, 3 actually. They each have a specialty (Consciousness, Business, etc.), and today I was speaking with my Consciousness coach. It’s great because it is my time to listen inwardly… to focus on giving myself just what I need, and today I was a little thirsty.
Today, I needed some love.
As I journeyed inward into myself and in front of a witness I bared my soul. I revealed, and I said out loud, “I love myself.”
I wasn’t just saying it either; I was speaking with authenticity and depth to the vulnerabilities and insecurities, and embracing them in love. The difference between saying that out loud in front of my coach, versus in my own head, was as always, like night and day energetically.
Those words spoken out loud, ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF A WITNESS, are so incredibly powerful. Such a declaration!
Grab a trusted friend, partner, coach… someone who you can say these words in front of, someone who you can share your vulnerability and self-love with. Feel yourself fill up and overflow onto your family, friends, and strangers.
Give yourself and everyone else that gift.
